Yes, private health fund rebates are accessible via electronic claiming, which enables you to claim on the spot from all participating health funds. You can also process your claims by taking your receipt to your nearest health insurance branch, mailing it in or by claiming it on your Health Insurers website or app if available.

All private patients do not need a referral of any kind to claim their private health fund rebate. All physiotherapists liaise frequently with local and other health care professionals including Sports Doctors, Podiatrists and Occupational Therapists to ensure a more holistic approach to the individual.

Yes, however all sessions are billed privately. Any treatment consultations for Workers Compensation or Motor Vehicle Accident claims are to be paid at the time of consultation and are the responsibility of the claimant to forward to the appropriate parties for possible reimbursement.

A Medicare rebate is available for a maximum of five services per person each calendar year under the Chronic Disease Management Plan (formerly Enhanced Primary Care) for a chronic condition and complex care needs.

Your GP can assess eligibility for this service and needs to provide a GP Management Plan and a referral outlining how many sessions are required.

All our physiotherapists have attended courses for dry needling and use it as needed.

We use a variety of soft and deep tissue releases as part of our treatment repertoire. We do not provide a session for just massage but have contact details for local massage therapists we have worked with.
