Janelle has completed all four levels of DMA Clinical Pilates, which she uses to create functional and targeted exercise programs. She also incorporates Real-Time Ultrasound for assessment and rehabilitation purposes. In addition, she has undertaken training in Dry Needling to assist with muscular release and pain management.
