Some common conditions we see at the clinic are:
Spinal pain- neck and back
Musculoskeletal injuries
Sports injuries
Headaches
Pregnancy and post-natal related musculoskeletal pain
Pelvic Floor Muscle weakness
Vestibular disorders/Vertigo
Work related injuries
Motor vehicle accident injuries
Physiotherapy sessions include treatment options such as manual therapy, education on injury and management and exercise prescription to achieve these aims to enable people to return to the functional capacity they need to exercise, work, return to sport, live an active lifestyle and remain independent for as long as possible.
Each physiotherapist will assist in goal setting and devise the best treatment plan for each individual. Our sessions have a big emphasis on education, including diagnosis, how soon recovery should take and injury prevention.
We have many physiotherapists that specialise in certain areas and so it advisable to let reception know when booking in what area you would like a session for, so that we can ensure you are booking in with the most suitable physiotherapist to help.
